Redhead Betty Takeout will make their second appearance on NBC's local 10! Show, Friday, March 14, 2008 at 2:00 PM. This will be RHBT's first public appearance promoting the release of their brand new, self-titled CD. The CD Release show will be held at World Cafe Live on Saturday, March 15, 2008 at 9:00 PM.

MTI Home Video is releasing the full-length film "Always Will" on March 20th, 2007. There are 4 Redhead Betty Takeout songs featured throughout the movie! You can pre-order now at many sites, including BestBuy.com, Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble, and many more. This is a great family film from Delaware County native Michael Sammaciccia!

As many of you know, Redhead Betty Takeout had recently been invited to record a brand new demo at a world class studio in Burbank, California. In November, Alex, Drew, Neil and Tim flew to Burbank to record 4 songs with some of the best studio musicians in the world, as well as shoot a music video. The guys are forever grateful to all those who made the trip possible – you know who you are. The session and the songs turned out better than expected. The band has been invited back to California to record a full CD!!! Stay tuned for more details and check out the new pictures from the trip!

Redhead Betty Takeout would like to thank Jamie Panetta, Nick Robak, and everyone else involved with the J Foundation, for having us as the entertainment at their annual benefit at Anthony's Restaurant on October 8, 2005. The J Foundation's goal is to make end-of-life care for a terminal child's family less financially straining. The turnout was spectacular, and the benefit raised over $15,000 that evening; and overall $150,000 has been raised since the inception of this caring and generous organization! We hope to be associated with future fund-raising events for years to come!

Our guitarist Tim, and his wife Julia, had a baby girl on October 3rd, 2005! This is their third child, but first girl.

Director/Screeenwriter/Producer/Editor, Michael Sammaciccia and Windermere Pictures has included THREE songs from Redhead Betty Takeout's latest EP, Solace Sessions, in his movie entitled "Always Will" (www.alwayswillthemovie.com). The 89-minute feature film was shown at the International Family Film Festival (www.iffilmfest.org) in Valencia, California on 9/23/05 -10/1/05, and was not only well-received by audiences, but was given an award by the IFFF! Filmed completely in the Philly area - local fans should easily recognize a few areas that are shown in the film.

The movie is "a coming of age film"... After uncovering an old relic from his elementary school, Will, a high school senior, discovers he can change his past mistakes. An architect of his life, he creates the kind of popularity every teenager yearns for. But when his unhappy Mom shares regrets of her own, Will is faced with his toughest decision yet.

Redhead Betty Takeout would like to thank all those who attended our show at the Triumph Brewing Company in New Hope, PA - Friday, September 9th. It was a fun night. We'd also like to thank those who purchased copies of our brand new EP...you know who you are! By the way, we'll be back at the Triumph on November 23rd - the night before Thanksgiving!!

A great night in Media, PA! The weather was perfect, and we had a great time, as always! Playing at this outdoor venue is one of our favorite shows every year...even though a swarm of beetles decided to dive-bomb our faces in the second set. They were either very attracted to the lights...or Drew!
